MonoPS® 50Q Strong Cation Exchange Chromatography Resin

MonoPS® 50Q is a strong cation exchange chromatography medium. It separates molecules based on differences in their charge properties and quantities under specific conditions. The matrix of this chromatography medium consists of porous polymer microspheres prepared from styrene and divinylbenzene via suspension polymerization, emulsion polymerization, and other methods. Its unique through-pore structure makes it particularly suitable for the large-scale separation and purification of samples such as recombinant proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, viruses, virus-like particles, and polysaccharides.
