    SynaLinX® HST Platinum Cured Silicone Tubing is the latest addition to BioLink’s pharmaceutical-grade tubing portfolio, specifically engineered for high-pressure applications. With a Shore hardness of 80A — the highest in the series — it offers exceptional pressure and vacuum resistance while maintaining the outstanding biocompatibility of silicone. Compared with standard 50A and 65A tubing, SynaLinX® HST delivers superior performance, making it the ideal choice for biopharmaceutical processes that demand extreme pressure durability.

     

    Produced through a pharmaceutical-grade platinum curing process, SynaLinX® HST ensures ultra-low extractables and minimal adsorption, safeguarding the purity of critical fluids. The tubing has undergone extensive mechanical, chemical, and biological testing, fully meeting USP Class VI and ISO 10993 requirements. Certified by SGS, it provides biopharmaceutical manufacturers with a safe, reliable, and high-performance solution for advanced fluid management.
