Usually in biopharmaceutical research and development, early process exploration is the top priority, and cell culture is the beginning of everything. To protect the cell culture of biopharmaceutical customers, BioLink has launched the BioHub® series of single-use cell culture consumables. Including cell factories, high-efficiency shake flasks, cell spinner flasks, cell shake flasks, cell culture flasks, culture plates, culture dishes, centrifuge tubes, pipettes and other different categories to fully meet the needs of biopharmaceutical customers at all stages.

In the laboratory stage, customers will screen cell lines. Usually, for the convenience of observation, they will use consumables such as petri dishes, culture plates, pipettes, centrifuge tubes, etc. to conduct three-dimensional cell culture model experiments, transfection experiments, cell proliferation experiments, and cell apoptosis experiments. etc. to screen cell lines that meet the customer's process.

Depending on the type of cell lines being screened, different consumables will be used for cell expansion. If it is adherent cells, a cell culture square flask will be used for adherent culture of the cell line. If it is suspension cells, it is recommended that customers use cell shake flasks for suspension culture.

At the same time, in order to match the different cultivation environments of customers, BioLink has designed two types of caps: breathable caps and sealing caps.

With the gradual expansion of cell expansion, the consumables and scale used are also increasing, including triangular shake flasks with a maximum volume of 1L, high-efficiency shake flasks with a volume of 5L, and 40-story cell factories. It can meet the needs of customers for cell expansion at various stages. In order to meet the needs of replenishing and changing fluids involved in the cell expansion process, BioLink has also specially designed adapters for use in cell factories. With the pipelines, liquids can be easily realized. Sealed transfer reduces the risk of contamination and allows customers to have a better experience.
