MaXtar rProtein A Affinity Chromatography Resins

MaXtar rProtein A is an affinity chromatography resin made by coupling recombinant protein A to the MaXtar base matrix for isolation through specific interactions between antigens and antibodies. The chromatographic resin is used to purify monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies. The recombinant protein A is produced by E.coli and engineered through directional coupling to enhance its binding capacity while maintaining its specific binding to lgG Fc fragment. Epoxy based coupling ensures a low ligand shedding.

Features of MaXtar rProtein A Affinity Chromatography Resins
