FiltraLinX® Tangential Flow Filtration Holder

The tangential flow filtration system is principally intended for the automated operations including concentration, liquid exchange,  desalination, and dealcoholization of biological products such as antibodies, vaccines, blood products, gene therapy drugs, etc. The  system mainly consists of power unit, membrane filter holder, detection unit, and automatic control unit. This article focuses on the  membrane filter holders. FiltraLinX® tangential flow filtration holder is used to hold a certain area of filtration membrane filter, allowing both 0.1 - 0.5 m2  and  0.5-2.5 m2  filtration area requirements of lab scale tests. Peristaltic pumps of different specifications are optional upon customer  needs. Ideally suitable for universal filtration systems required for routine laboratory and small-scale preparation.

Product Features FiltraLinX® Tangential Flow Filtration Holder

  • Compatible with mainstream filtration membrane filters in the market.

  • Sophisticatedly designed with superior performance, advanced technology, high efficiency, saved energy, safety, reliability, and  easy for maintenance.

  • Suitable for use in laboratory R&D scale, pilot scale, etc.

  • Applicable for manufacturing of vaccines, proteins, plasmids, plasmas, colloidal suspensions, cells, etc.

  • The parts in direct contact with the feed liquid are made of sanitary-grade materials, such as 316L stainless steel, PTFE, EPDM, TPE,  etc. Material certifications are available on request.

  • Stainless steel material resistant to disinfectants such as acid, alkali,  organic solvents, etc., meeting CIP and cleaning validation requirements.

  • With smooth surface, no dead corners, and easy to clean.

  • Pipe connections are clearly marked with flow direction.

  • Pipeline pressure resistance of 5 bar.

  • Holder sets available, with matching pressure gauges and hand valves  (once on site, customers can use it as soon as they complete assembling the pressure pipes and pumps).

  • Adopt the clamping method for connection, easy for mounting and setting.

  • Optional pressure gauge calibration services.
