There are two kinds of cut-off membranes in the perfusion culture bag, which are divided into two pore sizes: 1.2um and 5um for different cell diameters.

The 1.2um cut-off membrane has good flexibility and is suitable for HEK293 cells, NK cells and T cells. The membrane material is light and thin but has good flexibility, and the shear force on the cells during the culture process is lower.
