Chrom-LinX® 6.6 Lab-scale Chromatography Column

Chrom-LinX® 6.6 Lab-scale Chromatography Column is easy to use, high pressure resistant, and flexible column, which is suitable for process development, process validation, quality testing, and small-scale sample preparation, etc. Chrom-LinX® 6.6 has an inner diameter of 6.6 mm, with lengths of 200 mm and 330 mm, and is equipped with single/double adjustable adapters.

. High Pressure Resistance: Withstands pressure up to 60 bar (6 MPa, 870 psi) for high compatibility with common-used resins. 

. Clear Visibility: The mm-graduated glass tube allows for precise bed height packing, improving process reproducibility.

. Ultra-low Dead Volume: Designed for lab-scale chromatography applications, offering small dead volume to reduce sample dilution, improve recovery and detection sensitivity, protecting your precious sample and reducing costs.

. Improved Separation Efficiency: Smaller column diameter helps reduce diffusion effects and improve separation efficiency, especially for polishing complex mixtures such as proteins and peptides, for sharper peak shape and better resolution.

. Excellent Scalability: Helps predict the performance of pilot and production scale chromatography columns to reduce development cycle, and improve test efficiency.

. High Flexibility: Equipped with single/ double adjustable adapters for flexible expansion of packing volume.

The Chrom-LinX® 6.6 Lab-scale Chromatography Column comes in two single/double adjustable column adapters: The column with single adjustable adapter mainly consists of an adjustable adapter, a column tube, and a fixed adapter; while the column with double adjustable adapters replaces the fixed adapter with an adjustable one.
