BioHub® UM Top-driven Mixing System

BioHub® UM Top-driven Mixing System has a nice and neat appearance and is easy to clean and operate. This system is specially designed for common mixing applications in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals to facilitate lab research and process development. The main unit of the system is made of SS304 stainless steel, with a wire-drawn surface. The system is connected by the mechanical mixer and quick-release structure in the upper part to fit the push-type impeller. This single-use mixing system is safe, reliable, stable, efficient, and economical. BioHub® UM Top-driven Mixing System mainly consists of a bin, a mixer, a control system, and compatible single-use open bags.

Features of BioHub® UM Top-driven Mixing System

  • The ergonomic design is easy to use 

  • The mixing motor supports free lifting to meet different liquid preparation needs (mixing volume range: 50– 500 L) 

  • The impeller can rotate freely, and the inclined insert mixing contributes to irregular circular movement to improve the mixing efficiency 

  • The impellers made of SS316 can be mounted quickly through the clamp for efficient operation 

  • Stainless steel impellers with an open bag contribute to low-cost and high-quality liquid mixing


Features of BioHub® Single-use Open Bag

BioHub® Single-use Open Bags are made of multi-layer co-extrusion films (PP infusion film and FL194A). The sterile storage bags are guaranteed very low gas permeability, excellent chemical compatibility and biocompatibility. This ensures their safety in the preparation and storage of feed liquids in various biopharmaceutical processes.
