Puredex® G is a series of Size exclusion chromatography resins with a cross-linked dextran-based matrix, which can separate different molecules by molecular weight difference. This series of chromatography resins are suitable for desalting and buffer exchange of various biomolecules, as well as separation and purification of small molecules, such as polypeptides.
