FiltraLinX® Lab TFF System

FiltraLinX® Lab TFF System features a modular system and can be equipped with hollow fiber filters and cassettes of different specifications, covering the filtration areas from 0.005 m2 up to 1 m2 . It is suitable for laboratory research and development, pilot trial, and small-batch GMP production.

Product Features of FiltraLinX® Lab TFF System

The system is equipped with a full set of components, including filtration tank, collection tank, OEM peristaltic pump, four element diaphragm pump, pressure sensor, electric pinch valve, multiport selector valve and automatic control system, to meet different experimental requirements. In the operating interface, you can adjust the flow rate to control tangential flow or adjust the pressure of retentate and permeate ends to achieve the TMP optimization. 


  • Supports diverse needs across lab trials, pilot trials, and small-batch production; 

  • Compatible with hollow fiber filters and cassettes ranging from 0.005 to 1 m²; 

  • Modular and customizable configuration, with flexible options and single-use components to avoid cross-contamination; 

  • Highly automated system with data recording, audit trial, permission management and other functions; 

  • Structural design meets hygienic standards, including GMP, cGMP, and ASME BPE.
