Working Principle of BioHub^® Welder Ⅱ

The sterile welder is easy to operate. To start using the BioHub® Welder Ⅱ, the operator places the tubing holders, the disposable blade and the TPE tubing into position and starts the welding process via the touchscreen. Welding process: The blade is first heated to 400 ℃ ( depyrogenation ) and then cooled to the welding temperature. After the blade cuts the tubing, the tubing holder rotates to establish new connections.
