BioHub® Sterile Welder

The BioHub® Sterile Welder is a fully automatic device, mainly used for the sterile welding of PVC tubings in single-use blood bags and bio-pharmaceutical processes. It can connect individual bags or bag assemblies in a non-aseptic environment while maintaining the sterility of the product. TPE tubings are also acceptable.

The BioHub® series offers aseptic tube welders, sealers, and disconnecting pliers, providing a simple, flexible, and efficient solution for aseptic connections and disconnections in all biopharmaceutical processes. Compatible with single-use bags, tubing assemblies, and components, these tools ensure aseptic fluid handling even in non-sterile environments.

  • Mode options: Two modes are available for users: hospital customer and regular customer. If you choose the hospital customer mode, the blades are used once and then discarded; in the regular customer mode, you can configure them yourself.
