Maxtar COLL Multimodal Chromatography Resins

Multimodal chromatography resin. Different from traditional chromatography resins, MaXtar COLL consists of two layers of different structures. Its core is a spherical inner core coupled with a ligand of both hydrophobic and negative charge adsorption, which helps to maximize the binding of impurities such as host proteins and nucleic acids.

  • With a double-layer structure, where the outer shell is an improved agarose-based passivation layer and the inner core is a ligand of both hydrophobic and ionic functions.

  • With wide range resistance and good chemical stability.

  • Suitable for the separation of viruses and other large biomolecules.
