Newly-launched CytoLinX® GB
The CytoLinX® GB benchtop bioreactor is designed to simplify the development process and can be used to cultivate a variety of different cell lines, especially those sensitive to shear force.
The CytoLinX® GB benchtop bioreactor enables cell culture from 1L to 20L, and its design concept provides flexibility for personalized process requirements, saving space and reducing costs.
High configurability: High flexibility and adaptability, allowing for more options for process development and characterization.
Strong durability: The tank body is made of high borosilicate glass, ensuring high temperature resistance, good corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning;
High stability: The stability of equipment control, temperature, pH, and DO have good linkage effects;
Many options: Large and micro sparges are available to meet various process requirements;
The CytoLinX® GB benchtop bioreactor and CytoLinX® BR disposable bioreactor combination provides customers with a simple and scalable solution, easily achieving small-to-large volume, from research and development to production scale-up, and further eliminating human error and equipment compatibility issues.
The CytoLinX® GB benchtop bioreactor control system is developed based on the WinCC framework. The control platform integrates local data storage, batch control, recipe management, third-party data upload, audit tracking, and PAT data control. The control system design complies with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. The underlying hardware molds are built using imported brands, providing high stability.
At the same time, multiple PAT tools can be flexibly configured to meet different customer needs and application. A CytoLinX® GB control cabinet can interface with different models of Bio-Link glass tanks simultaneously, thereby fulfilling the function of "one machine for multiple uses".
